The only legal way to download NR2003 is when it becomes abandonware. If the companies that owned the software (Seirra and Papyrus) have gone out of business, and have not transferred the copyrights, no lawsuits can occur and the game becomes abandonware. Another way, if the technology to fully run the software is no longer manufactured, or is not easily open to the public, it then becomes abandonware.

Bottom line: Either wait 20-40 years and download it free, or "Buy It Now" for $75
